There are two kinds of hardship with every disease: 1) the pain and suffering of the sickness itself, and 2) the seemingly endless struggle to live a normal life again.

With the miracles of modern research and medicine, more and more children and adults are becoming survivors of diseases like cancer. That means students will be coming back into America's classrooms and their adult counterparts returning to the work place.

Real support for those who struggle with cancer goes far beyond sending balloons and greeting cards. A true ally is there for you ... for the long haul! Because we care about kids and adult kids, Anchor Education would like to call to your attention a great and deserving organization called CANCERVIVE, a non-profit organization "dedicated to the challenge of life after cancer."

CANCERVIVE has worked relentlessly for 16 years to help young adults, children and their family members to overcome the effects of cancer. The organization, under the direction of its founder Susan Nessim Keeney, provides messages of survival and support to those who have fought the battles of cancer but still live with its disruption and burden in every day life. We'd like to encourage the entire universe to read more about CANCERVIVE.
